Intel Celeron M 430 vs. Intel Core Duo Processor?

Intel Celeron M 430 vs. Intel Core Duo Processor?

Both will have 1GB of RAM on them. How do these two processors compare? Will the Celeron be slow? The internet and other such daily used programs will be running on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

My Fiancee just bought a Toshiba Laptop with a Intel Core Duo Processor. Its plenty quick. The celeron M is in other words, a P.O.S. compared to any Duo processor.

Celerons are slow. The Core Duo will stomp the Celeron in any test.

The Celeron is ungodly slow. Don't bother.
