Oooooh, I envy you! I'm getting my macbook in a couple weeks.
Here is a site which has a bunch of open source (free) software for the mac which apparently rivals any software you'd have to pay for. It's really worth taking a look.

A great site for any technical questions:
http://forums.macosxhints.com/
A few tricks:
Option-click-the-close box closes all open windows in the application or Finder.
F11 toggles Exposé
Shift-F11 toggles Exposé in slow motion!
Shitt-clicking the minimze button minimizes in slow motion.
You can find files in a Finder window by typing the file name, not just the first letter.
Folding@home has a new Intel native SMP client for OS X. Keep your system busy doing something productive when you're not using it:

i have the macbook and i love it. just make sure to keep your top case protected cause it tends to scratch. you can also set your trackpad so that you can right click. go to system preferences>mouse and keyboard>then click the feature which says something about tapping. to right click you can either tap both fingers at the same time or put 2 fingers on the trackpad and the click the trackpad button. also for scrolling, you can slide both your fingers down at the same time and it will scroll. thats all i could think of for now....ill post more later.

Something i recently discovered is that when you press CTRL and then slide 2 fingers up on the touch pad the screen will zoom in. Slile them down to zoom out
