I have a Dell Dimension 3100. My keyboard worked before but when I changed my language to Japanese my keyboard would no longer work. Plz help me!

I use a Dell Dimension 3100. My keyboard worked before but when I changed my language to Japanese my keyboard would no longer work. Plz help me!
And yes, i have tried changing language back and system restore failed.

Keyboards form part of the user interface and a keyboard problem can be very annoying. Sometimes the keyboard drivers can get corrupted. Some of the problems can be fixed . see if u can chage language back if not go to system restore point
