try glass cleaner. this wont leave spots like any other kind of stuff would and its totally safe to use because its made for this kind of use. i used it on my 19" LCD screen and it cleas it like never before. also, make sure not to use a cloth that will leave behind stuff. use a rag or somthing like that that as nothing that can come off of it. so try it. it will work!

Rubbing Alcohol works good, and make sure that the cloth you use is non abrasive. There are special screen wipes you can buy at wal-mart, etc. They are kinda like moist towelettes, and work pretty well

the similar problem happend to me, and the computing device wouldnt even turn off by way of urgent the skill button. i reported as toshiba nd they steered me this problem occurs wen theres to plenty electrical energy or skill moving into the approach the computing device, - wat ver which means. so that they steered me to take the battery out for some minute and placed it decrease back in and turn it on. workd like a charm after that.
