I am setting up i wireless network in the back of my car. I can access the router with my laptop. I want to setup a wireless receiver also in the car so i can use my router kind of as a repeater. The only problem is that if i connect that to my router then i cant choose which network for the receiver to connect to. I would have to go to my car, disconnect the receiver, connect it to my laptop, configure it, and reconnect it to the router, then reconnect to my network. I would have to do this for every network i connect to. Would it be possible for me to be able to connect to my cars network and, through the router connect to a network with that wireless adapter, without having to get up and reconnect it manually.

How do I know which version to download? It gave me the option for the newest version (1.5.1.17 Beta), or the older ones (1.5.1.15 and 1.5.1.14)...and also 1.9.0. Any idea which one works better?

Ok so for my cisco netowork academy at school we get to build our own indiviual computer with a $400 budget.

And the two sites we are allwoed to use are tigerdirect and newegg.


I Have everything picked out except the processor. I cant decide what to pick a Pentium D clocked at 3.0GHz or AMD 64 X2 at 2.0 GHz.

The AMD has a faster bus but the Pentium D has more L2.
I have used this amd processor before and it works nice but is the Pentium D the better choice?


What should i pick???


We are going to benchmark these once they are built and see who out of my class did the best with part selection. So i want to build something good.

I have a HP Laserjet 4200 that has worked perfectly up until recently. I use it over my network by means of the internal print server card (HP JetDirect 615n). When I tried to print a few days ago, I got no response from the printer. I rebooted it a few times and also made sure it was nothing wrong with the
printing system (I ran an engine test).
The one thing I did notice was that neither of the "activity" lights on the print server were lit. I tried different cables, different connections, whatever I could think of. Also, I bought another JetDirect card and it doesn't work either.

I'm out of solutions and need your help!

My husband and a I are interested in opening an ebay business. Before we can do so, we need to update our equipment. We are buying a new laptop-however, when it comes to upgrading to a faster internet connection, I have no clue what is what or what I need. Also, I am looking for some kind of package in which maybe I can get satellite or cable TV along with it-but again- HD, cable, satellite, DVR---You might as well be speaking japanese to me. I just want something super affordable that will get the job done and preferrably in an affordable package and something easy to install. Anyone out there speak Japanese? I made a threat on myspace! to a girl whos a minor! i didn't know how old she was till she told me! then it stopped! but she threatened me also, my life as well i did hers. She printed them, I didn't in fact i didn't have any left they were already deleted i keep my box empty 99% time. her mom says pressing charges it's an old girl i NEVER knew her age. she called my house recorded me yelling at her basically im in a crappy spot does anyone know what the punishment is or can give me advice? honestly i didn't know her age, and i have a temper i say things but i never did any of it! please asap!
