I want to learn web design. I have experience in html and css. I have not used dreamweaver, access etc... I want to know what else I should learn for good web design. Like some scripting languages. What I don't understand is that there are some that are server side and some aren't. Does that mean you need a personal server to benefit from these languages? What languages should I learn? I also want to know how to link to databases?

I want to take my laptop on the airplane when I leave in 2 weeks so my son can watch movies and stuff, but I am worried about my battery getting low is there some kind of battery charger thing that can carry a charge but doesnt need to be plugged into any kind of outlet? OS is XP professional... we just got computer that has office 2007 basic, but we need to install microsoft access to work in a database on our network that was created with 2002 Access. Should we buy Access 2003 or Access 2007? 2003 is cheaper obviously, but someone said it might not work with Office 2007... how can this be?

I have cox high speed internet that i use for my regular computer What do i need to buy to be able to connect in my house wireless? Do i need a router? i just discovered this thing cmd.exe....so far i know that i can i can do internal and external commands,hahahaha..can somebody explain me what this is?..also what is a batch file. Whenever I click on iTunes, Safari, or System Preferences, the out-line of a question mark comes up! Then, when I try to open them from finder this message comes up:
"Application iTunes could not be opened because it was made by a newer version of iTunes"
