I just hate chain e mail letters and all the dire warnings that come with it. I know it is a bunch of bunk but, it makes me feel so uneasy. Do people just set around and think up new superstitions to type and send around? I told my one friend not to send me them anymore and now she doesn't send me jokes or anything. And now the "pass this on or something awful will happen to you" is starting to run wild on facebook. 'What do you think of this? Do you delete the email and tempt fate or pass the email on to as many as you can?

I downloaded COD2 on my computer and when I tried to play it, it said that the video card or driver does not support alpha blending.

I have
an Intel(R) 82915g/gv/910gl express chipset video card
Right now its on 1280by1024 true color 60hz

My computer has 1GB Ram

What do I do?

i Hvae lenevo lpatop , 256 Mb RAM and T1350 intel core solo processor ? 256 would match with 1 GB or not . if not should i replaced it by 1GB or 2x512 which one would be better for better performance ?

Hello all!
So I recently upgraded my operating system from Windows XP Media Center, to Windows Vista Home Premium. Everything went smoothy, except for the fact that my speakers no longer function, and in the bottom right hand corner by my clock there is a speaker with an X through it and when I hover over it, it says No Audio Output Device is Installed. I've tried almost everything I can think of... My laptop model is HP Pavillion dv5000 with Altec Lansing speakers, any help would be much appreciated!!!

Whenever I burn a cd and put it in a cd player, there is always a scratching like sound, and it gets worse through each track (not even playing some).

At first I thought it was the CDs, but when i bought a new pack of a different brand it was the same. I dusted out my computer. I'm wondering what to do. Should I take my computer to the Geek Squad and have them fix it?

ok in my home network i have to routers one that came with my verizon fios but for me just one doesn't cut it my other one is a linksys router i went to 192.168.1.1 the default gateway and told my linksys router to not give out ips and just basically at like a swich with wireless capabilities of course but now my problem is that when i go to 192.168.1.1 it goes right to my verizon fios defalt gatway i want to be able to program my linksys router but can't seem to get in could any one help me did any one understand this lol thanks!

ok, 1. i have my macbook charger plugged into an extension cord and it's way hot, is that normal/ok?

I have removed the program from my add and remove programs, but norton is still running in my computer. I tried to delete it from my program files, but was denied acsess.Please offer any suggestions you have. They would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
