Do you access or steal a connection to your neigbours wifi network, if yes, is it secured or unsecured?

Unsecured, and hell ya i do that when my internet is down. And i don't think it's illegal, as long as it's not secured, for me it's like if the neighbor wanna do a favor to he's poor neighbors.

it's perfectly legal to use other's wifi to access internet. i've done it and it works fine. the network was unsecured of course.

A lot of people do that. If someone doesn't secure their wireless connection with a password then they leave themselves open to having someone else piggyback off their access.

I would never steal my neighbors wife but I would do that before I stole his Wifi

if ugot a wifi adapter and your neighbors connection isnt secure it will pick it up

It's illegal to leech someone's connection; I would hope everyone is smart enough to secure theirs.
