I have scanned my computer 10 times nothing comes up anymore. Still getting pop ups from Internet Explorer saying Ii have spyware. It's like the virus wasn't deleted at all.

You need to tell us more about the pop ups, because Internet Explorer doesn't tell you that you have spyware (how would it know?)

So in lieu of that info, I would suggest that you run Superantispyware:

You need to try and use multiple different anti-spyware programs.

Try some of these. This is a list I have compiled of what I feel are the best free-anti-spyware websites. When I use them together on my system it does an excellent job in keeping it clean.

Download the free version of Superanitspyware. This program will find what all other miss. http://www.superantispyware.com

You will also get daily auto update. When you install I suggest that you perform an indepth scan of your system. Some real nasty spyware/trojans the software may tell you to reboot to complete the cleaning.
