Computer chairs where you kneel might help. Also wear a back brace if you need to lift computers and use something with wheels to move them around even if only an office chair.

"roc on" did bring up the point of strengthening the back which is right on. do proper stretches and exercises; you also need to refrain from being stationary all day. get up and stretch a little at work.it doesn't have to be anything big, but break up the amount of time you spend sitting. this is actually a very common problem; I'm wondering how bad and for how long has this been a problem; if its new, follow the above. if its chronic, than you will need to see a physical therapist in combination with meds. however there are also alternatives to that as well; it just really depends on the severity

Work out some. Do exercises to strengthen your back if you can. A good chair will help or a tech station to put the computer at eye level when possible. Just try to make you workplace so you don't have to bend over for anything or slouch.
