A lot depends on what ages both of you are, and when you knew those ages. Deleting it from your computer won't help. Files are kept by myspace. Actually it sounds you were trying to be a smarta## and it backfired on you. It sounds like she is trying to get even, I doubt that she told her mom anything. If she did she would have to fess up to everything and that might be too embarrassing.pp

well it depends ur age....
even if u did delete the messages the police will search hers and yours computers for evidience..
sorry to tell u but the world is crazy now and the minor wont be in trouble.......
it might not be a big case but action will be taken..also they will ask how u met and i hope that u didnt meet her over the internet.
everything will go smooth if you stay calm and do not lie about anything they ask you and be seriuos and mature..make sure you no what your doing because young children sometimes cant handle thereselves and u should act adutl and grown up what you are.......be honest
take my advice comming from me a minor only 13

Ya depends what it was, if it was basically 'you suck if you were here I'd hit you' you might be able to get off also depending on the provocation (it WAS provoked by her right?) but if it was anything sexual or something like 'I'm gonna kill you' or 'I'm going to hunt you down and hurt you' then it will be MUCH harder to get off with no charges.

if she wins for harrassment, it will probably be a misdemeanor. id say a fine and community service. maybe counciling or something like that. you can google it and pretty much find out.
