Does any one know which keyboard does this? I think it's a casio.

Yes, there are many programs that allow you to record music and get the notes in a score with proper musical notation. There is one called Encore, and another called Finale, both are complex and made for pro musicians. There are also music teaching software with this feature included.

You need a keyboard with MIDI interface and a MIDI cable to connect the keyboard to the computer. Then you start the software and start playing, then the PC captures the music and you can edit the result or print it in musical notation.

is one of many. You don't need a special keyboard, any midi keyboard connected to a computer will do it and you can, if you do an eSearch on 'music transcription' find programs that will do it from midi music and convert other music (like wav) to midi.
