I just checked my e-mail this morning and i could log on fine. now that i logged on later however, it said that i had an invalid ID or password. even when i triple checked caps wasn't on and i spelt everything correctly, i still couldnt get on. help!!!

My computer hasn't got much space left and i have an external hard drive with heaps of room left.
My question is, is it possible to install a game to my external hard drive and play it off that?

I made some custom DVD covers the whole thing and I want to Print them but I want them to be exact size right exact pixels what size do I make them

I'm new to C++ and have been learning through a online tutorial, and am familiar with basic programs and variable and arrays, but i was wondering how to design the program such as adding labels, textboxes, and buttons. I see the toolbox to do this but dont know the codes or anything I have however done this before with vb i dont know if that will help.

i love AVG antivirus. it works good. But i heard that Avast works even better. So i just downloaded Avast. so now i have both avg and avast. is that bad for my computer? will it crash or cause damage?

if so, which one do you prefer i keep.

My computer works, but it doesnt work well...It normally works VERY poorly, but everything (mostly) that I need done on it, it'll do (with complications but Ive learned to work around them)

last night my computer randomly shut itself off while I was in the middle of doing something and today I loaded it up and its like....A BRAND NEW COMPUTER!!!
there are no files on it, every single file I had on it is deleted (not a problem nothing important lol) and its actually...WORKING...as weird as it sounds thats unsettling to me...what has my computer done to itself? Why is it all of a sudden actually working? Any answer would help

I dont know why kind of hard drive I have (theres not name on it or anything) and its been working poorly for a while, and all of a sudden today its actually working like a computer should be.....why?!?!

any answer would be helpful because my parents have been thinking of buying me a new computer...so if this one is working I dont need a new one...HELP!

I am going to start college in the fall and am looking for a laptop. I need something that's got good battery life, a good resolution screen, used mostly for websurfing email wordprocessing, and ocasionally be able to play C&C (dx10),
Please supply a manuf w/ model number, and if possible configure it and send the final review after so show me what to put. (Oh yeah and a 2-3 yr warranty with accident protection is a must) looking to spend around $1800 in total

I recently bought GTA :San Andreas and want to install it onto my portable hard drive. The problem is that I move the hard drive around and the computers that I use assign different letters to the drive. Because of this, I don't think that the game will work on those computers. Is there a way of removing all the drive references and replace them with the names of the current computer? If not, I will return it (unopened) and buy something else.

Now that I have my windows vista ready to install on my computer I would like to know how much memory I will need and what type of graphics card will I need to buy. My computer is a hp pavilion 514n. My nonitor is an LG 566LM is that ok or will I need a new one? Oh I would also like to know about how much money will I be spending just in the memory/hard drive and graphics card. Well i found a 8400 GS GeForce that i was interested in and it requires a MINIMUM of 300W power supply. That is my current power supply but im worried if i buy it, it wont work or will mess up my comp = my dad killing me. What can you say?

While I was on my computer, I had all these pop ups from my spybot search and destroy saying all these corrupt files and I should restart it and run check something. (I was too frustrated to remember everything that was said) So I restarted it, and all these files were deleted by the check something program (right when you turn it on it goes there usually if you turned it off the wrong way) Then it went to restart again after it deleted all the files, and then it won't get past the windows start up screen, which the blue scrolling thing. The next screen says that there is a fatal internal error and program terminated.

What do I do?

i need to expand on my memory for my computer in a way other than an external hard drive. I want to know where I can get the little thin memory things that are pretty much circiut boards to add to the two memory things that all computers come with. I already have an external hard drive but that can't help me capture digital video. Please Help

I am using VB 2005 and have made an application. I published it and chose to allow users to download the "components from the manufacturers" however everytime I try to install it on another computer, it says the website is not found. How can I simply make my application run as simply for the user as possible (i understand the app needs other server files to run, but I want them to just install simply without effort for the person installing. Thanks for any help.

I want to expand the amount of memory I have on my Dell Desktop. I edit films on my computer and need more space. What should I look for on CompUSA.com (or any other websites) to find extra memory. I dont want an extrernal hard drive. I want more memory inside the computer.
