Here is an article detailing much of what's new in CS3, including screen shots:

CS3 is far more stable for me. Camera raw has more features, and lets you do most image enhancements right in the raw window. You can also open jpgs in raw. Almost all the tools have been expanded and improved.

The changes in Bridge have made it more useful - and more stable as well (still not perfect).

The changes go far deeper than just a new interface. Whether they will be of use to you depends on how much of this powerful application you really use.

if you're thinking of upgrading, i don't think it's worth the money.
other than the gui, i haven't seen many changes.

duh type in photoshop cs3 into google images and a whole bunch of screenshots come up. cs3 looks much diffrent than cs2 and u can do much more stuf.
