I made some custom DVD covers the whole thing and I want to Print them but I want them to be exact size right exact pixels what size do I make them

Best way to work this out is to measure a proper case for the SAME SIZE of box as you plan to use, as a slim case needs different printout size.

Personally I use 3250x2180 (W x H) and this allows a small border I can trim and get good results, based on a 300 dpi image.

For slim cases you need to reduce accordingly.
