My 2002 Isuzu Rodeo blows the fuse for tail/illumination lights when I turn the illumination lights on. I replace the 15amp fuse 3 times and it blows the fuse when I try to turn the illumination lights on. Any suggestions?

My car runs cool on the interstate, but in-town driving it begins to run hot according to temp guage. I open the coolant reservoir to replenish water and it sucks what water is in there out when top is taken off. It bubbles out of reservoir while car is running with top off as well. Could this be the thermostat or a fan issue?

Ok I bought my first car, a 97 Pontiac Bonneville last year.
Nothing was wrong with it, it drove smooth, no smoke, weird noises, etc... I actually thought that I gat a pretty good deal.
Then (per my mechanic) my oil pressure sensor went out and I needed new motor mounts... Ok, fixed that. It was riding good but soon after started running "Sluggish" all F'd up. (???)
When I start it, it idles really high, then when I put it in drive it goes down a little but idles enough to drive the car around without touching the gas ; ( If I wait awhile and restart the car it will idle normal and drive fine. Lastly, when I'm on the freeway sometimes when I accelerate the car pulls back and feels like it wants to shut off.
I apologize because this could be a stupid question to those that know cars but I kno Nadda. Any suggestions on what it might be cause it wont pass smog????

P.s when I took it to smog everything passed but the computer portion. TB sensor something???

My G/F's car A/C has been acting funny. When i slow the car down the temperature of the air goes up and get gets warm. Therefore it warms up at every stop light. I put in some R-134 and yeah that made the air cold but it still warms up at when i drop below 5 mphs. I hope its not the compressor.

Anybody have any thoughts?

The Car is a 2001 Mazda 626 v6 if that helps.

my 96 lesabre's HVAC works fine - until you accelerate. the air is then directed to the floor, and after you maintain that engine speed for a while, OR lef off the gas, the air will then return to the vents.

I have nitrogen in my tires right now, and I don't want it anymore. I travel constantly for work, and it's hard to find places that have nitrogen. While my tires leak more slowly now, they do leak a bit. When I called my tire place to ask them about deflating them and reinflating them with air, they were really awful and condescending. They brushed me off with a "just use air". I just want to make sure, without having to deal with those jerks again, that that's right. Can I just use air in them now without getting all the nitrogen out?

I own a '99 Toyota Camry. On my way to work yesterday, my battery discharge warning light suddenly came on...My air condition light started blinking, and I turned the AC off. I immediately drive back home, and borrowed my fiancee's car.

I know that there are several different possibilities, but what is the MOST COMMON cause of a battery discharge light? I can still turn on the ignition and run the engine, but the light remains.

I just want to arm myself with some information before making the trek to the repair shop.

Thanks.

The car in question is a 1993 Ford Taurus...Had no sign of any brake problems leading up to the failure. The failure lasted 30-45 seconds. (On a long stretch of highway thank God!) The master cylinder is full of brake fluid and there's nothing dripping to the ground anywhere along the path of the brake lines. I did build some pressure up after the failure...But not for long. Thanks for your help.

This battery came with the car and is 20 months old. The car has 25,000 miles on it (I drive to L.A. a lot). I've heard that location sometimes makes a difference, I live in Nevada - the car has been in temperatures over 100 about 5 times and never under 0 degrees, which seems about normal to me. Does anyone think that this is an average lifespan for a battery or might I have more serious problems?

Automobile engines use a myraid of senors and electronically controlled devices. Many of which have unique connectors with multiple pins. In my case, I need the clip or plug that connects onto the Vehiclest Speed Sensor (VSS) for a 1995 integra. Trips to junkyards have been unsucessfull. Many used part retailers will not cut a plug from a good harness. According to my research the VSS used in integras from 1994-2001 were not used in other vehicles ( http://www.tomco-inc.com/Catalog/vehicle%20speed%20sensors.pdf ) . The oem part number is 78410-st7-003.... Who makes these connectors? Does anybody stock them? Honda/Acura will sell a compete haness for several hundred dollars. This particular one is hard to find on ebay. Which is where I acquired the damaged one I have now. I've tried to modify civic/accord plugs without success.

I have a 96' maxima. about 4 months ago it started having problems starting but if i pushed in the clutch pedal real hard it would start. i thought it was the clutch or the safety swith behind it. but its not. (already went down that route) ive taken the starter off and had them test the starter and the solenoid. it was fine. every once in a blue moon my car will start up just like it was new. no problem at all. it went from 1 every 4 times i tried (it would start like normal) -to 1 every 20 times and gradually now barely ever. but if someone pushes my car and i pop the clutch it starts just fine-can someone please help i want to be able to go places again!
