it is cheaper in the summer , because no one is heating there homes with it , if you use it in the winter , talk to a salesperson about contracting it for winter and locking in summer prices for winter

It is cheaper in the spring and early fall. Just ask Hank Hill.

Summer because it's easier to deliver or fill and the price is lower because of that.
