My 2002 Isuzu Rodeo blows the fuse for tail/illumination lights when I turn the illumination lights on. I replace the 15amp fuse 3 times and it blows the fuse when I try to turn the illumination lights on. Any suggestions?

you have a short circurt in a switch or wireing. Because the car is newer, I would bet the short circut is in the switch.
