Lots of times it's because the voters have little knowledge of the subject so they don't know the correct answer. The asker never votes cause if it goes to a vote the asker has moved on. Many times the asker doesn't recognize the correct answer and goes with the majority opinion when choosing a best answer.

Wow, we've some incredibly clever dudes (and chicks) around here. in my opinion, I haven't any theory. Im no longer into the technologies element. I in basic terms decide for it to be useful to play. yet Agent feels like hes have been given it.
