My car is really weak. Especially when I get to a hill. It's a 5 speed so it should be a pretty quick car. I've changed the plugs and wires and even tried injection cleaner. It takes forever to get up to a good rate of speed. Any ideas?

95 Avenger 2.5L V6, I changed the engine but I connected the wire for the starter (thin one) to the oil pressure switch by mistake. Now I don't have any reading (gauges). Could the current for the starter damaged my instrument cluster, the oil pressure switch or both? or it's another problem. The engine runs good.

here's the problem. when i drive my blazer for a long while i see my oil pressure start to drop but it only does that when i'm easing my foot off the accelerator. but its normal when the engine is cool. i've checked my oil to make sure it's not leaking out but its perfectly fine. people are telling me it might be my cat converter. i don't know. i don't think it is. help me out.

I have a computer code for a bad IAT sensor and a bad knock sensor. i reset the computer to make sure this wasnt a faulty code but both codes came back again, unfortunatly I was qouted around $500 for the knock sensor/and labor(not including gaskets that need replacing) and about 160 for the iat sensor which in turn i do not have to fix it right now but my 60 day rejection sticker is quickly ending. are these valid qoutes for a 2000 xterra v6 4x4?should i have my timimg belt changed at the same time? price? or should i just get rid of this car and try to get something else?

I already drove about 2000km's like this.
Is it safe?
