Most likely if the tube size is correct it will work, but why? To do this correctly, which I do not advise, would be to purchase the correct K&N cold air intake kit. Even then you may affect gas mileage, and have other possible issues. The computer is only going to let in so much air, and after that it has to add the proper fuel mixture to regulate everything. You are not going to out smart the computer in this endevour, and you will not gain much if any horsepower.

If it bolts on it will work. If the tube is smaller than the stock chevy truck, you dont want to use it. You dont want to go smaller than stock, this will let the engine get less air then the stock air intake system.

its not a stupid question,i own a shop and about all that can happen ,is the intake air tube may be a little small for it,and it might rob it of needed air, other than that it wont hurt anything on at all i have took them off Mazda's, and put them on ford ranger before,,so your not going to hurt anything,id try it just to see if it will work right, good luck with it,i hope this help,s.

You'd probably have a very hard time making it fit. But if you could get it to line up in such a way that the filter got cold air and not hot underhood air, you might see a small gain, from one to maybe five horsepower.

As long as it will bolt up and all the fittings that go on the chevy intake will go on the honda's intake there should be no problem.

Nothing will happen as long as it is sealed,I,m assuming you are talking about the intake tube & air filter. If they fit fine you will be ok,but if depending on what year your chev is,matters. If you have a mass airflow sensor (in the air tube) then that will have to be fitted in.Good luck with that

well what size are both of the cars.

its not stupid, but if you use small cars cold air intake to bigger truck, it will make air to fule mixture worse makeing your car to run rich. so if get the right one.

You might catch the Japanese flu. Take two aspirin before doing the work. You should be OK. And don't buy a K&N filter. They aren't worth the price.
