I drive a 2002 Mazda Protege 5 and today as I was driving home I tried turning on the wipers and they did not work. They didn't do anything, but I heard some kind of motor sound, some sound that seemed as if it was trying to make the wipers work, but did not work.
I've been told by friends it might be a fuse, but I don't think it's that. What could the problem be, and how much do I expect to spend on this to get fixed?

The driver side heated seat won't work. The passenger side works fine. Is this a $$electrical problem or could it be a fuse? I am moving and my owners manual is packed away. Thanks!

How hard is it to change the timing belt on a '91 RX7? Is it a job I could do on my own, or should I have a shop do it? Also, where can I get a timing belt for a 13b engine? While I'm at it, whats the best performance cam to put in?

Reason being I have 2 FWD rims in the front and the 2 in the back got damaged so I figured I'd put 2 RWD rims in the back because they have a bigger lip, but the DAMN dealer told me it wouldn't work because of the "ofset". What does the offset of the rims have to with anything? What is "offset" pertaning to the rim? FYI: 2003 Monte Carlo Jeff Gordon Ed. Current rims I have 22" x 8.5 in the front I want 22" x 9.5 for tha back (Dvinci Vento rims)

It almost always occurs when I press the clutch down but also occurs out of the blue when I am driving along a straight road at a constant speed not even touching the clutch. What could be wrong? I thought at first it was something to do with the clutch, but the fact that the noise sometimes happens when I am not touching the clutch confuses me. The noise is definately a lot worse every time I do press the clutch though

The vinyl roof on my 81 buick has dried up and I was able to pull some of it off, but don't know how to get the glued on stuff off. I would also like to know how to prepare/paint it after it is off, as I don't want to spend the money for another vinyl roof. (only abt a 1/4 of the roof is vinyl The rest is just paint)

ABS light comes on and stays on when driving on wet roads. It doesn't seem to happen in any other conditions.
Also, when the warning light is on, the brakes still feel as if the abs is still engaged and working. What do I need to look at to make sure my abs is in proper working order?

1993 Buick Lesabre 90th Anniversary / 3.8 Liter 231 Vin L / Automatic Transaxle. - The Basic Problem wich seems to be experianced by many buick owners is a trouble shifting said car out of park under 45 degrese ferinhite. This Problem seems to be shared by many oldsmobile owners also. After the car warms to operating tempature it will shift fine. The only other way to move it into gear is to redline the engine rpm in neutral and shift into drive while the rpm's are returning to normal. Which any auto guy will say "never do" and I agree. According to GM's TSB index this is a common problem. If anyone on thease forms has found a solution to this problem an answer would be greatly appricated.
