I had a Buick with remote starter that would do that after rain storms.Starter solenoid,is cheapest to replace.Computer problem or a short in the ignition switch.Find someone with a computer analyzer who is reasonable.I would see if that would nail down the problem for you.

Maybe a short in the solenoid or wiring. OR you have factory Remote Start in it and someone pushed a button on the remote making it start.
