2000 VW Passat GLX V6 Manual Transmission.

I replaced the Cats with used cats (b/c brand new they were way too expensive) but i'm still getting the check engine light error... and now i'm getting an error for cylinder misfire (#6). Is the cause of my problem likely the cats or the cylinder misfire? And why are VW's so expensive to repair?!

The car has 63,000 original miles. It has a new starter, new battery, but it won't start. I believe the timing belt is fine, can it be the starter solenoid or distributor? Please help, cause the car is in great shape.

I bought the car with a passion for Jaguars but can't really afford to run the cat. I'm hoping the misfire is something that can be fixed with a little advice. Being a petroholic, the Jag doesn't get much use, so after a week of being cold, she takes about 15 minutes of running to be rid of the misfire. The sound of the misfire is only slightly 'lumpy' so maybe there are even eleven cylinders firing. The London freeze isn't helping things! Please help !!!!!!!!!!!!

How to fix a 1993 dodge ram 250?
I went to a gas station that had bad gas. The gas was mixed with water. My van cut off and wouldn't start. I drained the gas out and put in some new gas. Then i started it and it didn't start it just keept making sounds like it was trying to start but couldn't. Then i took it apart and added some starting fluid and it started then shut down like five minutes later. Then when it was shutting down it started puttin. How do i make it start and stay started.

Having no problems with the alternator, but I am experiencing a very loud chattering coming from the pully (bearings). It is the 5 cylinder engine and the truck has about 52K miles on it.

Ok, I have a 1998 GMC Suburban, and the other day when I went out to start it, it wouldn't start.. My lights come on, the battery is not dead! All my fluids are ok!
