You can't install a built in sunroof, these come from the factory. You can add an aftermarket sun roof to anything. They are not adviseable because you can't get parts, the installer will be cutting into your roof and vehicle's wiring system. If you must do this make sure you have an ironclad guarantee and always pay by credit card so when they screw up your car you can do a chargeback to your credit card company and get your money back.

Why not? If you plan on doing it yourself, take your time and do it right so it won't leak. If you have a reputable shop do it, they'll more than likely offer a warranty against any leakage. Winter/summer, it don't matter. Don't let anybody tell you that you CAN'T do something. There's always a way to do it. It may not be cost effective, but it can be done.
