where is the fuel relief valve on 96 Toyota sl 5 6 cyl 4 wd?

Ok I now want to change the fuel filter but can't find it and it was suggested to turn off the fuel relief valve- BOY am I in trouble can't find it either?? All help gladly accepted--I did do the plugs Hooray

Never heard of a fuel relief valve ?? If you going to diy you need spend a few $$ and get you a HAYNES or CHILTON manual at the auto supply then you can do a proper job. "mechaniks" get many $$ and you can do it for a small investment in a book.
