From my understanding its hard to change the timing belt in anything.
Id take it to a shop.
Given the other responses I would like to add that you really need to take it to a shop if your not even aware that your car doesnt have a timing belt

13B-DEI is a rotary engine from Mazda.
Applications:
1986–1988 Mazda RX-7, 146 hp (108 kW)
1989–1991 Mazda RX-7, 160 hp (119 kW)
Since it has no valves, it does not need a timing belt or a camshaft. It has only one belt and it is a Gates 9420 V belt.

obviously you have no idea how a rotory engine works. I suggest looking up more information on the wankel rotory engine befor buying anything for it. they dont use camshafts nor do they require a timing belt. research more.
