Lots of good answers here. thanks. Silicon sprays have there place, and are good for rubbers. Ive used it for years. However, I had heard the vaseline tip from a Z-club member, and to see it again from DodgeMan assured me that it wasnt going to hurt the rubbers. Ive just finished doing them twice with vaseline, note that it absorbs much like silica does, leaves no grime, and has sealed it beaut. Merry Christmas to you all.
