Its for a 92 Chevy 3.1L V6 with 125,550 miles nothing wrong with the engine but would marvel mystery oil make it last longer or run any better?

Marvel Mystery Oil will not hurt your engine. Conversely, it will not help it. If motor oil could be improved upon by some secret additive, one of the major oil companies would be using it in their products. It would give them a great market advantage. Unfortunately, no such mystery oil or ingredient exists. Marvel Mystery Oil is a great product to use when building an engine to clean and lubricate the parts during assembly.

I heard this stuff is like kerosene or transmission fluid like. If you want to clean the inside the motor pour a 1/2 quart of Transmission fluid in the oil let the engine Idle for 10 min and it will break up the carbon since the transmission fluid has great detergent in it. the car make smoke alittle bit but it will not harm anything. Then change the oil.

Keep up on your oil changes, DON"T put that stuff in a good engine.

no it wont, marvels is a light weight oil that will clean up your valve guides, I also add some in my gas tank to lubricate the fule injectors,

mystery oil smells nice has a large detergent base any will remove lots of gunk/sludge try it if you want to.no real cons or pros.

Nope absolutely not. It is actually a blend of Kerosene and some other cleaners. works WONDERS
