I have used K&N block seal on diesels, as well as gasoline engines to seal head gasket leaks, cracked heads, and cracked blocks. When used EXACTLY as per instructions, it really works, and works for many, many ,many miles. I always disconnect and by-pass the heater first though, as I do not wish to take a chance of cloging it up (the passages are a bit smaller than the radiator), and let it sit for at least 60-72 hours open to atmosphere to ensure complete curing. I get it at Auto-zone. I do not endorse it, as I believe an engine and its systems should be repaired properly as a general rule, but I have used it sucessfully many times when customers demanded a lower cost "repair".

The only thing I know about Liquid Glass is that's being a polish.
Go to www.crc industries.com and scan for K and W Nanotechnology Permanent Head Gasket and Block Repair or call 1-800-272-8963. You make the discussion.

I used it on a four cylinder Dodge p/u with a cracked head. It lasted until I sold it, which was almost 2 years later. For all I know it's still running.
