I recently istalled new cabinets. I believe an envelope with important items fell behind the cabinet. Is there arelatively inexpensive means to see in a very tight space before I rip a wall out?

I received a handle from the Peerless Co. because my set screw is stripped in the old handle. They told me to drill it out with a drill. I have tried this off & on for over two hours and nothing is happening. How in the world do they expect me to get this set screw out?

Does anyone have any guesses as to what might be making my car leak oil? It LOOKS like its leaking from around the main engine seal, but its rrally hard to tell for sure. It only leaks oil when the car is running (idling, it leaks less when going down the road), Don't leak at all when off.

A couple people said it was probably the rear main engine seal, but a person also said it could be a PVC pipe of some kind that can get cloged up and cause it to loose oil.

When the car has oil, it has good oil pressure, so I dont think its the pump...

Any ideas as to what might be the matter? any help is appreciated!

Thanks

we have everything back together and we are having problems timing the car we think it might be a 180 degrees off but we have found tdc and set it according to the specs in the chilton manual and also might think that the crankshaft position sensor might be bad any suggestions because the car was running before the head gasket was blown about 3 months ago so i dont think that the sensor is bad but we have been trying to mess with this thing for 2 weeks and not getting any progress

When starting the Jeep there is power to the fuel pump as long as the starter is engaged. When you let go of the key the pump has no electric power. Im thinking there is a relay gone bad but just where is it located at.

I have coolant leaking out and i'm pretty sure now that it is the water pump. Question can water pumps leak even if the cars not running?Like a steady drip every two seconds? Forming a decent puddle after awhile, but when running the pump is'nt making any abnormal noises is that normal? Is there other clues to positively know the pump is bad? I cant believe how hard a job it looks like it would be to replace it there is no room! Anybody with some helpful how to's? how about an estimate on how much a shop would charge to do it?

I'm trying to replace the rear leaf spring shackles on a 95 chevy c/k1500. But I can't get the bolts out. I've tried PB blaster, turning them and hitting them as much as possible with what little swing I can get with a hammer in there, and I've tried pressing them out with a C-clamp. I really don't want to take the bed off. Is there any other way? anyone else done this?

Gets higher pitched as I accelerate. Very deep and low pitched at low speeds. Diminishes around curves, or if I jerk the wheel quickly . Sounds like it is coming from the mid rear of the car. Did the brakes 4 weeks ago. Humming sound started one week later. But not experiencing any problems with the brakes. Any help is appreciated.
