I had a dream someone tried to kill me with this stuff called anti-freeze. I have never heard of it until today, not a car savy person. Anyhow, I googled it and found only that it is a chemical used in cars. I want to know more, what is it used for, where is it purchased, and can it really be fatal? In my dream this scary man made me swallow it......creepy that I never heard of it, but I dreamed about it and it is a real substance. Info. Please....thanx so much!

I have a vibration in the back from 45 mph. on The dealer can not find the problem they changed shocks and tires. It seems to get worse the farther I drive it.and the warmer the drive train gets I have had it 8 days but home, only one day. Can some one make a suggestion PLEASE

I want to put in a bottle of oil treatment because I don't drive much and I want to make it another month without an oil change. Some people tell me in person that Oil Treatment harms the engine, is that true?

1989 Merc G. Marquis 5.0.........Eliminating the dying battery thing, My fuel pump stays on and ironically my battery dies. So i'm testing everything that would kill battery, The batt. is brand new, still has great charge, alternator has great continuity, so this is my last option before FOR SALE sign gets in window.

I just bough a new ractive mt602B muffler and the intake hole is 2 and three-eighths in diameter. the exhaust tubing thats in the car right now is 2 and one-quarter. should i replace the tubing throughout the whole car to 2 and three-eighths or am i okay just widening the 2 and one-quarter inch tubing at the end?

My truck just started making a noise that sounds like a whole bunch of marbles in a tin can. It isn't over heating, it has oil, I was driving it when the check engine light came on and it immediately stalled. When I try to start it, It sounds like it almost starts but just can't quite turn over. I was told that it is probably my timing chain. Please help because my truck is my baby.

I have a '98 Chevy Malibu that I inheired from my Grandma. The dash lights have never worked. All the warning lights work as well as the backlight on the tripometer. However, the lights that illumate the dash so that you can see your speed, rpm, fuel level, etc., don't work. I've changed the fuse at least three times, but think it might be the light bulbs themselves. The manual doesn't show me how to fix it, just tells me to change the fuse. What should I do?

i have a 1992 Oldsmobile 88 with the 6cly 3.8 L motor
it don't have to spark comeing out of the Coil pack but when i run a wire from the batt to the spark plugs with it will start but run bad is that the Coil pack what is bad or the ignition module? please help!

My signal lights are working sometimes. When they do work they're slowing down . Like a durcell bunny running out of power. If I can just find the fuses than I may be able to check them. thank-you. flying.
