Front end out of alignment. Improper tire inflation. Tie rod or ball joint going out or a tire out of balance or round and maybe even a faulty shock or strut. That's about all of them. Start with the cheapest and work your way down. Try rotating the tires and see if that helps.

the steering wheel isn't centered properly, pull the arm off the steering gearbox , then spin the steering wheel both ways to find the center position, 2 turns to left = 2 turns to right etc. to find center, then put arm back on gearbox and tighten down.

Alignment, bent linkage, bent spindle, bent frame, could be anything.
Look under the fender, there could be bent sheet metal diggin into the tire/wheel preventing a full turn. Take it back to the shop it's a safety hazard.

Uh, these trucks don't have pitman arms. Someone was in a more of a major wreck than they let on. Alignment is way off, and they probably adjusted with a bad(bent) inner tierod and such.

i agree with les, OR!!! bigger shots to the front wheels sometimes bend the spindles. it may be hitting the steering stops on one side or the other. And if i'm not mistaken, i'm sure you're chewing up your tires significantly?

Sounds like it knocked your front end out of alignment. You need to have it looked at and make sure they know what they're doing.
