With the RV cam, you will see improved fuel economy. Install a 4 barrel carb. Best to go with is an Edelbrock (they are buying their carbs from Weber) but use a cast iron intake to avoid problems. Does your Jeep have an overdrive tranny? That would help a lot. Gear it high, but be careful, high geared differentials are more fragile in the 4wd than lower gears. Smaller teeth on the ring gear. the rv cam will give you great low end . depending on your gears and tire size will decide it's going to be a good daily driver or not watch your rpm's for gas mileage..

Absolutely, that's a perfect engine for for street driving. You'll probably get better milage than what you got with your old engine on the street, since it's such a torquey thing at low RPMs.

did you know that you could take the 4wd parts out of and s10 or blazer and it will bolt right into a jeep wrangler.
