No, the 1999 Taurus is a different body style. You need doors from a 2000 model or newer.

As stated your answer is no. If, I remember correct, most car manufactures change body styles every 4-5 years. So, you can check around in some junk yards in the Ball Park of 2000-2005. Be sure on a 2005 that it not changed. If, you find the doors on a wrecked car and they look OK, open and close them to see they not damaged from the Force of the Impact, they can look good and still not be good. Hope you understand.
