I have put in the three coil pack and a ignition module.and a fuel pump. It will fire up for a split second and then quit.

i recently bought my car and it was serviced on december 2005 with the mot. It has been 8 months since last service would u advice i get another one soon or wait until mot expires december 2006?

The vacuum pump was replaces and it still wont shut off. The red shutoff lever doesent not shut off the motor. You have to put it in gear and turn on the air to kill the engine.
Is there a primer pump that is electric to shut off the motor

it has a total of 4 wires (2 of each going into one hole) connecting into the engine compartment..is this the sensor?

Someone in my family was cleaning the interior of our car with Armor-all (on the top dashboard). Some of the spray got onto the clear plastic behind the steering wheel which covers the gauges. It dried, and is impossible to get off. It has left tons of discolored dots on that plastic.

Is there a way to get these stains off? Thank you.

My truck is 2 wheel drive, has a 4 speed electronic automatic transmission with overdrive, has a 2.2 Liter L4 engine, rear axle has a 4.10 ratio. Buying a new vehicle is out of the question right now because I am starting nursing school this September besides my truck has always been very reliable. I am the original owner of the truck and this is the first bit of trouble I have had with my truck. She has always been very reliable for me and has never let me down. I am not a rough driver but I let my brother borrow my truck and it was making a noise like marbles in a tin can when I got it back. My mom said she would pay to get it fixed but I don't want her to pay anymore than she has to. Right now it is sitting at the dealership. I know dealerships cost more to fix things but this dealership has a really good reputation. I would ask my dad what to do but he is dead.

will an exhaust from a mini cooper S model fit on a regular mini cooper?
i have a 2002 mini cooper and i want to weld on the dual muffler set up from a 2002-2006 mini cooper..will it fit without issues? there isn't a spare tire well or anything getting in the way is there??

i know i will have to get a new rear bumper for the cut outs..since the regular cut out is only 1 and it's the right side, instead of in the center as the S model one is.

will the S model bumper even fit on the regular Mini Cooper?

anyone done this?

My speedometer cable is making a high pitched whining noise I unscrewed it from the speedometer because that is were the noise is coming from, I think the skinny cable part which has ridges on it like a file and turns around when I spin the front tire Is were the problem is at. When I screw it on to the speedometer I think it is rubbing on something in there. How do I fix it? Please help.
It has never made this sound before, I just put a new front tire on and soon after is when the noise begun but I don’t see how that could be the reason. If you need further info. please ask and I will tell.

i wired up my cd player to my car and was all working well with just battery on. Then whilst cd player was on i tried to start the car, but the it wouldn't start. The white light with what looks like a spring symbol doesn't appear at all and nothing happens at all when i turn the key, but battery still works fine. how might this have happened/caused it and what should i do?

carb is gettin gas, i pulled jets and stuff back out cleaned them again..everything looks right...acts like it wants to run but just wont...smokes while its running..nothing i do with the air fuel mixture screws help at all..motor ran fine before.. ive doubble checked everything,,can yall plzzz gimmie some ideasss.. also how to i check for spark? and how do i know if i have compression..thanks for ur time....

Over 165k miles, oil changed quarterly, new battery in January, passes inspections fine, usually very smooth running car. The Engine Check light on dash shows up while engine begins spitting & sputtering. Then the roughness leaves & Eng Check light goes back out. Today could not get engine to turn over for a while & could not remove key after shaking steering wheel & gear shift over & over. Car finally turned over, but had lost all radio stations & window hesitated to go back up. Inside lamps & trunk releases also didn't work when car in "dead" state. Friend said that original key was harder to move in starter insert than a spare I have. Ignition Switch Problem? Why battery fully gone for a while? Extreem Texas heat now 100+ degrees-factor? With Air Conditioner full blast, car was shakey (Eng Check light on). Very dependent on car-assists handicapped 100% wheelchair-dependent person to get around. I just changed the fuel filter thinking that this might resolve the problem, but it happend again. I have not changed the spark plugs in about a year. someone told me the distributor might be bad happens to alot of Hondas. Please help!!!!!
