We have changed the evap sensors, coils and thermostat

Change the ignition module, under the coil packs. It shorts out due to the heat. Is burnded up. Done and seen these alot.

Could be many things before you waste money on something you don't need take it to a mechanic, sounds like it's more than an ignition module to me it's hard to make a guess with out trouble shooting the problem.

Jab a screwdriver through you thermostat

ur car probably have a sensor that when ur car reaches a certain temp..shut car down to prevent other engine problem...does check engine light come on? id get it tested..
