you cant, replace it if you think it needs adjusting

there is no adjustment on a centrifugal clutch. You will need to replace it if it isn't working properly. You can find them at the dealer where you bought the bike or at www.northerntool.com

There are no adjustments available You may be able to replace the tension spring, and clutch weights, but thats about it.

IF YOU CAN EVEN GET THEM.

take a ball peen hammer and make a couple of little dents in the outer bell of the clutch that'll make 'em grab! lol just replace it..
