i got in a car accident. I had full coverage but the medical in my car covers everyone but the driver (me) when my car flipped i hurt my head on the rooftop of my car really hard and i am in pain. My accident was two nights ago and i havent gotten checked because i have no medical insurance. But i cant stand the pain.. any advice? Anyone know of a program that will help me get checked and doesnt cost too much?

What happens if i have an accident and i want to go forward and the other driver does the same?
Will my insurance company go to court against itself??
Will they advise each driver to accept responsability, raise the premium and say nothing?
Do they bennefit? How?

I had a message on the answerphone earlier from my car insurers saying that I needed to phone them back regarding a collision with my car on 16th December(Saturday). I knew that I had not used my car on that day but phoned them back and they pointed out that they had been informed by a third party insurer that my vehicle had been involved in an accident in some shopping centre in Cardiff. It would take me 4 hours to get to Cardiff by car and this accident apparently happened at 3 pm. The advisor told me that they have alot of these incidents and it must be that the 3rd party has input an incorrect digit into the database when typing in the car registration.However, I still have to fill a claim form out saying that it must be an error and so on but I need to provide an alibi saying that my car had been on the driveway all day. My husband can't be the alibi, nor my parents (who were the only people I saw that day apart from my 5 year old). I am hoping that one of the neighbours can say

My hubby and I just moved to michigan. When he took the drivers test to get a michigan license they mailed it to us instead of giving it to us right then and there. Where I am from(Ohio) when we go to get a license they give it to us on the spot. So just a little confused. Will they mail him his license when he renews it too or will they give it to him at the time of renewal?

After all of those yrs. that you pay car insurance, is it true that the only way that you can get that money is to get into an accident? Or do they give you the money back after you no longer have the car? I don't know about car insurance so please leave the ignorant answers to yourself. Serious answers only pls.

I drive a 2005 Chevy Silverado...I pulled into a spot at my college. I was close to the left side but I had enough room to open the door and get out. As I was getting out, the door opened fully and bumped the car next to mine. Luckily, I caught the door before it hit hard but it did bump it. So, the woman in the car gets out and comes on over. She says I left this big dent in her car. I open the door to show her where my door hits. Where it hits, there is no damage. Now, she drives a 1980's Jeep. It's full of dents, bumps and scratches. She's saying I dented it but I wasn't arguing with her. We exchanged info and I went to class. I called my insurance company to see what to do. They said to make a claim so I did. But now, a woman from the company keeps calling. I talked to her and she is saying the woman hasn't called yet. Do I still have to go through with the claim?

The other day I got into a "wreck" in a parking lot full of cars, everyone was literally on each other's ***. There is a woman in front of me, stopped at a stop sign, waiting for the road to clear so she can go out into the road. I'm behind her... I have a stickshift, so whenever there are long waits, I have my car in neutral. So I take my foot off the brake for a sec, and next thing my car rolls forward and lightly "taps" the lady ahead. I get out of my car and check the front of my car and her bumper for damage - no damages at all, thank God. Then next thing you know, this pregnant black woman gets out of her car and starts bitching about how she needs my information and ****, and that she wouldn't move until i gave it to her. She wasn't even hurt at all. So anyways, i'm tired of the ****, so I give her my name, number, lic. plt #, and she even demanded my insurance company (which I gave to her, too)... is there any chance she could come back and **** me over with a bs claim?

i have a 1990 Dodge Omni with only 104,000miles on it and i got into a car accident back in Oct 24.2006 and i broke my foot so i been off work they just gave me a check for $1000 for part of my lost pay at work but they have not send me the $ for my car yet i'm sure they are going to totel it out cus it needs a hood front bumper and a fender and the body shop told me it would be like 2000 to fix it up again so why have they not toteled it yet? please help?? any info will help thank u
