Well, I live in Missouri, U.S.A. And yes, I'm talking about my driver's permit. This is my first time renewing it so I wasn't sure.

I figured they would have it on file, but I wasn't sure if there's some policy where you have to get a new one for some reason beyond me lol :)

I'm thinking your talking about you drivers permit?
if so I think they take a new picture.
depends on the country you live in. you should mention these things when you write your questions. next time

No, MO does not recycle the pics. They take a new one every time a permit, license, or ID is issued.

Your DMV should have it on file when you renew they would just use the old pic.
