The other day I got into a "wreck" in a parking lot full of cars, everyone was literally on each other's ***. There is a woman in front of me, stopped at a stop sign, waiting for the road to clear so she can go out into the road. I'm behind her... I have a stickshift, so whenever there are long waits, I have my car in neutral. So I take my foot off the brake for a sec, and next thing my car rolls forward and lightly "taps" the lady ahead. I get out of my car and check the front of my car and her bumper for damage - no damages at all, thank God. Then next thing you know, this pregnant black woman gets out of her car and starts bitching about how she needs my information and ****, and that she wouldn't move until i gave it to her. She wasn't even hurt at all. So anyways, i'm tired of the ****, so I give her my name, number, lic. plt #, and she even demanded my insurance company (which I gave to her, too)... is there any chance she could come back and **** me over with a bs claim?

(There was also no police report filed.) So is there any chance that i could find out that she fucked around with my insurance company and made a bs claim to them just to try and stiff me of the few pennies i have? (even when there's no witnesses and no police report)

Oh, and I also didn't get any of her details... at the time I thought it was completely stupid... what would be the point if there were no damage at all to either of us or our cars?!

Anybody can sue anyone for any reason. It doesn't mean they'll win, though.

For the point you removed your foot from the brake and allow you car to move forwards, you were already at fault. You should have exchange particulars with the other party. No only she can make a claims on you, you may also need to explain why no particulars were exchanged, and no traffic accident report was made.

yeah,.. she's probably going to try and pull some **** claiming that your the reason that her baby is born retarded or something (even though it will really becaue she was high on crack)...

so like the last guys said,... be prepped fro next time

for now,. take a pic of the front of your car,... showing no damage at all

i hope you got her info too...

additionally,.. you could (although crummy) lie your *** off,.. and say you don't know her if she pulls some ****. i mean,. she has your info and name right? can't prove you were there,.. why is she stealing your identity!!! idk

hope she dosen't try some BS.. good luck

Just file a report with your insurance company. They'll defend you if any claim is made.

Failing to get her details was a serious screwup on your part. Failing to get any witness details was an even greater screwup on your part.

You took your foot off the brake? Not only are you a dumbass, you're at fault for the wreck, no matter how little damage was actually done.

In a nutshell, anyone can sue anyone for anything. Sustaining the burden of proof is a different story. Trials are a crap shoot.
