If you have only body damage then NO your warranty does not expire. It will only expire if your car was totaled out and your car was repaired. Now if your accident caused some damage to some parts that would normally be covered under your warranty then you will need to have the insurance adjuster address those issues. For example your A/C may have stopped working and you took it to the dealership and the technician said that a line was broken abnormally and come to find out that it was broken because of an accident then the warranty will not cover that issue but your insurance or the other person's insurance will cover that. I hope that this helped.

I am and estimator at a high end bodyshop
If your car was repaired to pre accident condition according to repair industry and manufacturer standards then it should not affect your warranty. It takes a skilled technician to work on today vehicle that are loaded with electronic components. SO make sure the tech in I-car and ASE certified. If the shop is contracted to major insurance cos, Then those shops are reliable, as insurance companies do thorough background checks before they add them to their preferred repair shops. Hope this helps

No, an accident will not affect your warranty. Leased or owned.
