If you have no medical insurance or coverage at all the best you can do (in the US.. you didn't say where you are) is to find out what your local County provides in welfare medical coverage.

I assume that you were at fault... if you were NOT at fault then you can make a claim on the others insurance and be covered there.

In either case you should be looked at. Neck and head injuries can be very serious and you can wake up disabled (or dead) without much warning.

Hope you get better...

Medical coverage is a lot more main You are not looking for lifestyles coverage until you've gotten dependents that can not continue to exist with out your earnings. Don't permit a lifestyles coverage salesman rip-off you

You MUST get yourself checked out! Hospitals MUST provide care regardless of our ability to pay. There's a sign to that effect in the Emergency Room, right by the desk in EVERY hospital.

You could have broken your neck. If you don't get it checked out, you could wind up PARALYZED FOR LIFE!

Do not delay on this! Get seen by a doctor IMMEDIATELY.

I am so sorry to hear about your situation. You need to get yourself checked even if you have no insurance. You might have a concussion or worse.
