Soon Porsche will introduce a four door car to further expand its line. They already have the Cayenne SUV, and have according to recent tests "softened" the standard Carrera and Turbo models. Do these actions, along with prices that are creeping closer to "exotic" car levels show that Porsche is moving away from their traditional "enthusiast" clientel and aiming for the Grand Touring market?

Jeep recommends Mopar engine oil filter but the MOPAR filter I find locally is shorter than the one currently on my Liberty. The one on my Liberty is not MOPAR. can I use the shorter MOPAR engine oil filter? Thanks for any helpful advice.

when i drop into second gear from first there is just no power there, I drive bmw 3 series, For a 2 litre it doesn't seem to have alot of power.. my wife's metro had a simuler problem and it just needed a new dizzy cap and tuning could this be the problem?? i'd appreciate any answers or possible solutions thanks in advance

Ran rough for two weeks. Now does not start. Fuel pump OK. Tested at fuel filter cranking. Replaced ignition control module. Engine will run if I pour gas into carb. Injectors do not spray. Is it pressure regulator or ECM?

I would like to know where there is information regarding for trucks between 2000-2005. I am planning on buying a F150, F250, or F350 diesel and I heard that the model in 2003, particularly the 6.0 L version for the diesel had lots of problems. well last nite, during heavy rain. I was making a left turn on an intersection, I dont know if pushed the gas a little too hard while turning but all of the sudden i started spinning so fast like 3 times (while i was spinning i was steering the opposite way to reduce spin) then my car got on the curb and ran over a sign, resulting with a flat tire. Thank goodness there was an empty parking lot a couple feet away where i can drive to. So why did my 2004 Jeep liberty Renegade V6 4X4 (automatic) 3.7L spin out? i even had all terrain tires. Should i have set my car to 4X4? I just recently bought this car and dont know how to shift from rear wheel to 4 wheel.

Mechanic after two days of experimentation returned with condition remaing same. Have to use wiper especialy in nights. The stuff is sticky and causes blur effect.

This is our dilemma we face when looking for rented transport for 2 weeks in NZ. Does anyone own or have rented one of these vehicles before. It may be the case we need an additional vehicle. The vehicle they have offered is the Previa.

lately on my '69 beetle iv'e been having an annoying turn signal issue.
it happens when im driving at night, and have the normal lights on (low beams, running lights, tail/brake lights, dash etc). ill flip on the left or right turn signal, and the indicator in the speedometer flashes once or twice, then goes out. but when it does instead of it continually flashing the leftmost warning light flashes somewhat dimly instead, and the turn signals themselves on the outside continue flashing.
at first it only happened at night when i use all the available lights for normal night travel, but now its started up during the day.
so for starters its obvious its an electrical problem, and my best guess is that the battery itself is starting to become worn out. (it probably hasn't ever been changed) and not able to handle such a load of all those lights at once.
i know the basics of a car's electrical system, but not enough to diagnose my car correctly and find a fix for it. and it is a 12V. help?

I had the leather seat cover replaced in my 2007 Outback LL Bean after 5 months as the dye had really worn away and the surface cracked to the point that there was an actual hole in the seat. The new leather replacement (factory original, under warranty) is already showing similar wear after only THREE WEEKS. In this period, I have only put 400 (four hundred) miles on the car and I've only gotten in and out of the car about 60 (sixty) times. I am very careful about sitting down in the seat without sliding across it, especially after the first one developed a hole so quickly. I wear a smooth leather belt and I don't wear any crazy kind of abrasive or studded clothing. I have not even worn a jacket in the three weeks I've had my new seat. I don't understand why the seats have worn so quickly. Has anyone else had this problem? Do you have any suggestions for me?
