the fan motor may have gone but more than likely it is the relay. there is a relay for the fan motor. there should be a box under the hood that holds relays. look in your owners manual to determine which one it is then u can take it into a parts store to have it tested.

If all the circuits are good to the relay, jump the main power to the relay to the fan motor. If the motor still doesn't start, unplug the motor connector and check for power and ground. If that is good with the power still jumped you will need a new electric fan motor and most likely a relay as this usually will overheat and fail as a sacrifice to avoid a fire. Good luck.
