I recommend you read the Parkers Guide free on-line reviews. I think its a good car and very reliable but a wee bit dull and over priced.

Newer Volvos are overpriced and continue to suffer from reliability problems. As for Diesel engine Volvos, they are even more expensive to repair than their gasoline counterparts. I would not have any Volvo later than the 940 series and I speak from personal experience.

i have a diesel v50 and love it had 4 volvo cars great good luck

Had lots of volvos. Currently v70.
All have been reliable. Bits expensive but then they last longer.
Definately recommend.

Volvo's go on and on and on and on and on!!!!
Hubby is on his 6th Volvo now - never had any problems with them.

hi. i like volvo my self but never had one. but saying that i do like them. but it does put me off a bit as i think the spares and repairs are exspensive. hope you enjoy.
