Ask your dealer about towing the vehicle. The other answers that were given would destroy the transmission on your truck, they are not designed to be towed behind a motor home without some sort of driveline disconnect.

Ask your local ford dealer what is available to disconnect the drivelines remotely.

Either that or buy a Jeep.

You can tow the Explorer Sport Trac without disconnecting the drive shaft. The transmission design and the lock-up converter allow you to tow this vehicle without a problem. However you would still be putting miles on the car. If you don't want that to happen, then you need to either disconnect the drive shaft or tow it on a trailer.

based on the thumbs ups and downs, and when the answers were given, I'd say this person already knew the answer. how do you like your 07 sport trac? I thought about buying one. went with F150 supercab instead.

Why not put it in nuetral. If your worried about the miles find odometer cable on the tranny and pull it. I'm not sure if its mechanical or electronic but either way pulling the gear or the sender shoul elliminate putting miles on.

Just jack it up and take it off yourself... very easy to do. When you put it back on just make sure the bolts are tight.
