Car Makes - October 2006

I get a buzzing noise occasionally (2-3% of the time) when I turn my turn signals on. If I turn them off and back on again, the noise stops. Any ideas as to what it is? I have an 88 corolla.

I have a car that i have repaired after a crash. When I switch on the ign I get no lights on the dash and when I turn to start a relay in the inside fuesbox clicks. Can anyone tell me whats wrong ?

About 3 months ago I had the Freeze plugs replaced and everything had been working perfectly, recently it overheated and I looked like it was leaking. I let it set for a couple days and found no leaks, I thought maybe Thermostat and changed it with no success. Could it be Sensors ?? I am not a mechanic by any means, but can do little things - just looking for some info and/or help. Thanks to any responses.

Looking for a used Xterra 2000 - 2004 model, what are the problems you had with your Xterra, how is the maintenance, parts?
What about Xterra off-road abilities? Is it really good off-road as it was advertized? Share some of your experience with this truck.

Im not sure what is going on but i started it this morning and i just did a repair on it but didnt touch the starter. I have been jumping it all day, but when i jump it now, it just clicks through. I dont think its the battery. i just replaced my starter half a year ago, any advice?

There was also no detent cable on this set up. Just a vacuum plug over the rod in the trans housing.I did a little interstate run in the truck like this. Would a missing cable cause a totals trans meltdown?

my clutch doesnt seem to grab very well. there isnt that point where the clutch grabs the transmission and the pedal is really soft. switching gears is a breeze and if i choose to burn out it all works but ive driven a number of sticks and this one is different you never really feel it grab the tranny you only know your in gear because when you step on the gas the car will take off. i took it to a mechanic and he said the master cylinder was fine so i should probably replace the slave cylinder though he wasnt possitive that that was going to solve the problem. what do you think? whats is going to cost for a new clutch kit and installation? what do you think the difficulty on installing a new clutch is?

I have had the cooling fan fixed, relay fixed,new water pump and thermostat fixed and checked heating coil replaced I just not to long ago put a new engine in it because of it running hot it cracked a head so what else could it be. Also I before i put the new engine in I used cargo seal which clogged up everything thats why I had to replace everything also I had the radiator flused out three times and it"s stll running hot. Help Please
