the yellow dipstick is usually the oil, the red dipstick is usually the transmission fluid, and the power steering fluid is a cap that you will unscrew (it should say power steering on the cap) and the cap will have a short dipstick attached to it. that is where you put the fluid.

just pour the fluid into the reservoir, usually it has a label on the cap that says, power steering fluid, or a picture of a steering wheel. after you pour it in turn the steering wheel complety to the left till in stops and then fully to the right till it stops. that purges the lines of any air.
