if it still clicks when jumping, your batt is toast-provided all the other stuff is up to par. If there is an autozone near you, pull your batt take it there and have them run a test on it, it is most likey bad. get a new batt, then install it, then go back and have them test your alternator just to make sure.

You replaced the battery terminal clamps. I would guess you replaced them with the ones that clamp to the wire. as well as the clamp on the battery post. If this the case check the wire in the new clamps, make sure you have good connection. It takes a lot of amps to run the starter and a slightly bad connection will stop it from getting enough juice. Make sure battery posts and terminal clamps are clean also.

Did you disconnect the battery before your repair? You may have had a wire fall away from the battery that you didn't see that might need to be connected. You should have stated what repair you did to it and if this problem occurred after your repair.
Or your battery needs to be replaced. Go to auto zone or Advanced auto parts after you jump start it and get them to test your battery and charging system. It's free.

could be a number of things. does it do any thing when you try and turn it over? if not You could have a bad battery, bad connection. I would check that first. you can test the ignition/starter by connection from the starter if you know anything about vehicles. if not i would recommend letting someone with experience test it.

Have you checked the water in your battery? Sometimes that a doozie.
